I LOVE this mobile company for so many reasons. Honest mobile is a sustainable and ethical mobile network, a B corp, and net carbon negative (and also super transparent about their impact- no greenwashing here). On top of that the service is amazing, their customer support system is the best I've ever come across- they've always resolved all my questions and problems the same day and explained anything I didn't understand. The loyalty discount means my bill goes down each month, which is always nice. The app is really useful and easy to use, as is the website. I've never had any issues with coverage either. Really cannot fault it in any way, thank you Honest mobile! :)
Truly revolutionary product, amazing customer service.
I’ve been lucky enough to have access to Honest Mobile’s Smart SIM for the last few weeks. It’s undeniably a revolutionary product which works incredibly well, providing back up data when my normal network provider drops out or is unreachable. Set up was a little complicated but the instructions provided were easy to follow, and ensured that the process was quick and easy. I thought I encountered an issue which I reported and within minutes David had jumped on a chat and quickly explained to me how to resolve the problem. At the moment the Smart SIM offers access to just a handful of apps, but they’re promising to expand this list. Indeed, I think I may have inadvertently discovered the next app to join the list - and it’s a good one! I have no hesitation in recommending both Honest Mobile and their Smart SIM product.
